Walking with the Baboons

Duration 3-4 hours

An opportunity to get very close to the only protected species of baboon on the African Continent. This short walk or hike usually starts at 3 or 4pm (depending on the Season) and allows you to follow a troop as they prepare to find a base before darkness falls.

The departure point for this trip is Glen Cairn. We provide the transfers from the City to Glen Cairn and our specialist guide will take you on the walk.

This trip will answer the following questions:

- what social behaviour is common amongst them?
- why are they here?
- Why are they endangered?

If you are an inquisitive person, if you love nature, or if you are looking for spectacular photographs at close range, with baboons, then this tour is a must.
Advance booking essential.
