A morning with Rhodes
For those with an interest in British History, one of the most controversial characters to walk our soil over the past 150 years, has GOT TO BE, Mr Rhodes. At one stage the richest man on earth, and later on in life, Prime Minister of the Cape Colony.
Love him or hate him, he has left his legacy all over Cape Town.
A morning with Rhodes will allow you to visit his spectacular memorial overlooking the city, the Stately Mansion in which he lived during his final years, and the cottage in Muizenberg in which he died.
This tour is not possible at short notice, because full passport details are required before the day of the tour, as part of strict security procedures at the President’s Residence.
