Cape Point

Table Mountain National Park

Cape Point - meeting place of the two oceans ?
Come and find out. Breathtaking scenery from the highest sea cliffs in Africa.
7750ha of unspoiled landscape and indigenous flora.
Various species of game including baboon and rare antelope called Bontebok.

On our drive to Cape Point choose from one of the following to add to a fuller experience of what the Peninsula has to offer.....

(A) A 40-minute boat cruise which will allow you to see about 9000 Cape Fur Seals all sitting on a small island off the coast of Hout Bay. Breathtaking scenery but not for people who suffer from sea sickness.
(B) If you decide to miss the boat trip, then we have to visit to a working ostrich farm instead. This tour of the farm is a must for all animal lovers!
(C) Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. This tour is for garden and bird lovers. One of the world's most famous gardens, Kirstenbosch is a showcase of all the Southern African flowers and trees. Beautiful views. Excellent shopping.

The drive to Cape Point also includes a photo stop at a the top of Chapman's Peak Drive and a visit to the African Penguin colony at Boulder's Beach, Simon's Town. Lunch is taken at a suitable restaurant with amazing views, en route.

Our experience has shown that people like to spend longer at Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope, so we do not usually include Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens in these tours. We recommend that one does the Gardens as part of a city tour, or as a full day tour on it's own for people who are botanists or birdwatchers.

R2010 for guide and luxury PRIVATE vehicle
